Appointment Cancellations / No-Show Fee

Scheduled appointments are binding. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of late cancellation or failure to attend, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of CHF 100.–.

This policy is also in fairness to other patients who would have appreciated the opportunity to receive an earlier appointment.
