Can I make an appointment directly?
Yes, if your basic health insurance model (compulsory health insurance) allows this:

If you have chosen the GP or Telmed model, you must usually consult your GP or the hotline first, who will then refer you to us

Without the GP model (free access), you can make an appointment directly with a specialist.

Accident insurance via employer
Have you already reported the accident? The following information is mandatory for registration with us:

Claim number of the insurer
Accident insurance via health insurance
Have you already reported the accident? As a rule, you will not receive a claim number - but reporting is also necessary to avoid unnecessary queries.
Billing

The service billing is sent directly to the insurance company. You will receive a patient copy.

In some cases, billings are rejected / not covered by basic insurance. These will be invoiced to you with the corresponding reclaim voucher so that you can reclaim them, via supplementary insurance.

If we do not receive any response to queries about insurance / billings, we reserve the right to send the invoice directly to you.
